This policy sets out how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by MARKNORO LTD.
Cancelling a service
After any minimum term in your agreement, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice to marknoro@atomicmail.io. Fees for the notice period remain payable.
Consumer cooling-off period
If you are a consumer, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to begin work within that period, you will pay for services supplied up to cancellation. Business clients are not covered by this right.
Refunds
- Management fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
- Prepaid fees for months not yet started will be refunded in full if you cancel before that period begins.
- Advertising spend paid to platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X) is non-refundable by us and subject to each platform's own terms.
- If we fail to deliver an agreed service, we will re-perform it or issue a proportionate refund.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
